Hobbits at Weathertop

This harrowing image from the first installation of director Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, The Fellowship of the Ring, is captured in multilayered acrylic on watercolour paper. In addition to the characters' dynamic expressions, I was fascinated by the presence of the elements in their hair and clothing.
